Reece Chapman, SVP Director, New Business Development

Reece Chapman joined Textron Financial in 2004 and is SVP Sales Manager, Eastern Region and is based in the division’s U.S. Headquarters in Alpharetta, Georgia. Chapman is responsible for managing origination teams based in the Atlanta, Charlotte, Connecticut and Philadelphia regional offices and has more than 25 years of secured asset-based and structured lending experience.

Prior to joining TFC, Chapman served as VP, Southeast Marketing Manager for the CIT Group and was involved in structuring middle market leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, debt restructuring and turnarounds for borrower and private equity firms. In addition, Chapman served as SVP Southeast Marketing Manager for Bank of America Business Credit and other senior positions at Bank of America Business Credit for over 25 years.

Chapman is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, Turnaround Management Association, American Bankruptcy Institute and Commercial Finance Association. Chapman is a graduate of the University of North Carolina.
