Our Field Service Representatives (FSRs) go through a rigorous training program that covers everything from how to deliver world-class service to detecting fraud. Twice a year we consult our customers for feedback on how we can exceed the desires and needs of those that require inventory inspections.

Not only have we invested in our employees, we have invested in our technology. We use a high-end mobile inspection system, WAVE, which allows daily import of your inventory data. At the end of each day, our Field Service Representatives are able to report back the results of their inspections. We provide same-day results on the condition of inventory, disposition of missing inventory, and collection of sold units.
