Customer Care Center
The Textron Financial Customer Care Center houses a dedicated staff of service representatives whose primary responsibility is to make sure customer calls are handled in a prompt and courteous manner. Moreover, the Customer Care Center is supported by technology for tracking and documenting calls to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of inquiries by the appropriate parties. Hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET.
