Textron Financial Capital Markets Group provides essential value-added services for borrower and investor customers. Our two core financial products are syndication and asset securitization. Our syndication team locates potential investors for Textron Financial sponsored transactions. Our securitization team raises capital by isolating pools of homogeneous assets isolating bankruptcy risk of the seller with predictable cash flows; claims are then issued on those assets in the form of fixed-income securities, which are sold to qualified investors. Both products are backed by high-quality assets and serviced by Textron Financial.
