Model and Spec Program: More leverage now available

To serve your capital needs more effectively, we've come up with a unique product, the Model and Spec Advance. Available on select products from the manufacturers, the retailer/builder can finance up to 80% of the finished appraised value of the construction, home, and land costs. Some manufacturers may even offer free finance periods as part of the program.

To be eligible for the Model and Spec Program, all you need is:

A Textron Financial approved credit line facility for this program
A residential site with a modular home on it.
Completed budget that has been approved by the manufacturer
A building permit for the project

To make it easy for you, Textron Financial will obtain the following:

A residential appraisal
A title commitment
Flood certification
A Builders Risk Policy (from the insurance company of your choice)
