Community involvement: What it really means to be world class

At Textron Financial, we hold fast to an abiding sense of responsibility to the communities where we live, work and raise our families. We believe that corporate citizenship is a privilege, and holds with it an obligation to strengthen the communities that support us.

Our involvement in charity drives, volunteer work, and community service helps to make our communities better places to conduct business. More importantly, it helps to make them better places for our employees and customers to live and work. On both a corporate and individual level, we are proud of our efforts to give back.

Quite simply, we give and mentor because it is the right thing to do. After all, no matter how profitable we are, we are never truly "world-class" unless we benefit our society at large.
