Textron Financial Promotes Nathalie Haddad to Senior Vice President Information Services

Providence, RI – May 15, 2008 — Textron Financial Corporation, a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company, has promoted Nathalie Haddad to senior vice president of information systems. In this role, Haddad will work with Textron Financial's business development group to spearhead research and analysis on growth opportunities for the company and will lead the creation of a business analysis competency that will be implemented throughout Textron's information systems function.

She continues to lead a team of information technology (IT) professionals that support multiple Textron Financial and Textron Corporate office functions such as strategic planning, legal, controllers, audit services, investor relations, treasury, tax, accounting, communications, marketing, and environmental, health and safety. Her team also supports the intranet platform for Textron Financial, Textron Corporate, and Textron Fluid & Power. In addition, she oversees the company's IT project management office.

Haddad joined Textron Financial in 2006. She earned her BS in management information systems from the University of Dayton and received her MBA in international business from Xavier University. In addition, Haddad has a master's certification in program management through the George Washington University and is a certified project management professional. She has earned distinction as both a Six Sigma Green Belt and a Six Sigma Black Belt.
