Textron Financial Announces New Relationship with Bombardier Recreational Products’ Outboard Engine Division

Golden Valley, MN – January 11, 2008 — Textron Financial Corporation, a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company, announced a new relationship with Bombardier Recreational Products’ (BRP) Outboard Engine Division. The company will now provide an inventory financing option to dealers of BRP’s Evinrude® E-TEC® outboard engines in the United States and Canada. As an approved lender, Textron Financial’s Marine Division and the company’s Canadian subsidiary, Textron Financial Canada Limited, can establish new dedicated lines of credit to marine dealers, making it easier for dealers to carry Evinrude engines as part of their product offerings.
