Textron Financial Announces New Relationship with Chestatee Golf Club

Providence, RI – March 8, 2007 - Textron Financial’s Golf Finance Division has closed a $3.125 million loan with the Chestatee Golf Club of Dawsonville, GA. This new relationship replaces financing Chestatee received from a regional bank. It also provides terms that will help the Chestatee operation achieve its business objectives for the next several years. Textron Financial is a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company.

“Textron Financial worked quickly to provide me with a loan that replaces debt with a local lender who no longer wished to be in the golf lending business,” said Brian Ferris, owner of Chestatee Golf Club. “The entire Textron team worked hard to meet my tight deadline and this new loan allows for the flexibility to successfully operate my business.”
