Textron Financial Golf Finance Convenes
Canadian Customer Advisory Council
Ontario, Canada — October
15, 2007 — The Golf Finance Division of Textron
Financial Corporation, a subsidiary of Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT),
brought together key Canadian golf industry representatives for
a meeting of the division’s Customer Advisory Council. Council
members reviewed industry trends, collaborated on innovative
operational techniques, and discussedthe future of golfing in
Canada. This is the third time the conference has been
held in Niagara Falls, Ontario.

us to stay on the cutting edge of golf industry practices,” said
Chris Sharp, vice president and general manager of Textron Financial
Canada Limited, the Textron Financial subsidiary that partners
with Golf Finance to serve Canadian golf customers. “This
conference gave our industry representatives an opportunity to
exchange knowledge and share best practices with one another, as
well as provide us with their candid opinions on how we can continue
improving our products and services to all our Canadian customers.”
Textron Financial’s Golf Finance Division is building a
strong presence in Canada’s golf industry. The division
offers both course finance and equipment finance services, with
loan amounts ranging from $2 million to $100 million and equipment
financing from $5,000 and up. Its Canadian business currently
generates approximately $60 million in new transactions every year.
