Textron Financial Corporation Announces Promotions at its Floorplan
Finance Division
Golden Valley, Minnesota - January
25, 2002 - The Floorplan Finance Division of Textron
Financial Corporation ("Textron Financial") announces that Ray
C. Hubler has been promoted to Senior Vice President, National
Sales and Marketing, and Cliff B. Bolstad has been promoted
to Senior Vice President, Credit and Field Services.
Mr. Hubler joined Textron Financial Corporation's
Floorplan Finance Division in June, 1999 as National Account Manager.
He was promoted to Vice President, National Sales and Marketing
Manager in February, 2000. During his time with the company, Mr.
Hubler has expanded Textron Financial's floorplan portfolio to include
significant new customer relationships. For seventeen years prior
to joining Textron Financial, Mr. Hubler held increasingly responsible
positions in sales, marketing, and operations with a major national
lender.
Mr. Bolstad joined Textron Financial Corporation's
Floorplan Finance Division as Vice President, Credit in January,
2001. During the past year, Mr. Bolstad has overseen numerous operational
enhancements at Textron Financial Corporation, including commercial
credit scoring, which maximizes turnaround time on new funding requests.
With his promotion, Mr. Bolstad is taking on the additional responsibility
of managing the division's Field Service Representatives, who carry
out collateral management and floorchecking. Mr. Bolstad has twenty-five
years of experience and has held a variety of management positions
in credit and operations with major commercial lenders.
