Textron Financial Corporation Announces Promotions at its Growth Capital Division
Columbus, Ohio - January 6,
2003 - The Growth Capital Division of Textron Financial
Corporation ("Textron Financial") announces that Gary
L. Kovach has been promoted to Vice President, Business
Development, and Gretchen A. Gordon has been
promoted to Vice President, Business Development.
Kovach joined RFC Capital's Growth Capital Division
(which was later acquired by Textron Financial) in June 1997. Kovach
has been instrumental in driving growth by originating more than
$300 million in senior working capital commitments. As Vice President
of Business Development, Kovach will be responsible for originating
and developing relationships with clients while providing them with
funding products.
Gordon joined RFC Capital's Growth Capital Division
in May 2000 and has been instrumental in expanding the division's
Domestic and European portfolios. She is responsible for originating
and developing client relationships with funding products and ValueQuest consultative
services. As Vice President of Business Development, Gordon will
be responsible for continuing to develop new business both domestically
and abroad.
