of its Technology Finance Division

Textron Financial Corporation ("Textron Financial") has named John Reed Division
President of its Technology Finance Division, based in North Wales, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Reed joined Textron Financial in 2001 as Division
Manager when the company acquired certain assets and business operations
from Finova Capital Corporation. Prior to joining Textron Financial,
Mr. Reed held various positions of increasing responsibility at
Finova. During that time he gained a reputation as a leader in developing
finance solutions for the technology distribution industry.
