David Wisen Named President of Textron Financial's Capital Markets Group

Providence, RI - December 11, 200 - Textron Financial today announced that David Wisen has been named President and Managing Director of its Capital Markets Group, a business unit which provides loan syndication, asset securitization, mezzanine debt financing, and related capital markets services to the company's lending units and customers. The Capital Markets Group has structured and syndicated more than $10 billion worth of loans and leases secured by receivables, equipment, and real estate.

David Wisen succeeds Frank Ficca, who has agreed to postpone retirement and remain with the Capital Markets Group to assist with special situations as they occur.

David Wisen has held several positions of increasing responsibility in his nine years with Textron Financial and Textron Inc. Prior to his current executive role within the Capital Markets Group, Mr. Wisen was Assistant Treasurer, International at Textron Inc.; Vice President and Treasurer at Textron Financial; and Vice President, Corporate Development, responsible for mergers and acquisitions at Textron Financial. David Wisen holds a JD degree from Duke University School of Law and a BA degree from Columbia University.
