Quick Draw Advance: Money in a hurry

If you're currently flooring your manufactured homes inventory with us through our Quick Draw Advance program, you can get an additional 40% working capital advance on a home under contract. When we say quick, we mean quick. As soon as we get all the required information, we issue funding.

To be eligible for Quick Draw, all you need is:

The home floored with Textron Financial.
A land home buyer who has been approved for financing by the permanent lender.
An accurate legal description of the property site.
Contract information for closing agent.
Adequate proceeds from permanent financing to pay off any loans.

What it costs you for each home:

Prime +2% interest rate on the Quick Draw Advance.
A one-time $250 administrative fee.
If loans is still outstanding on day 121, a $100 monthly inspection fee.
